For the people running the place.

A little help
behind the
counter.

The same questions. The unanswered reviews. The messages waiting while you’re doing everything else.

Mainstreet helps you turn your business know-how into customer replies you can review, make your own, and send.

An early pilot service for independent businesses.
Human review comes first. Nothing sends itself.

FROM THE FRONT DESKNo. 01

“Do you offer catering for a family party?”

Thanks for thinking of us! Tell us your event date, guest count, and location. We’ll have the restaurant confirm what’s possible.

01 / The everyday work

Good service starts
with a good answer.

Start with the answers you already know: your hours, your services, your policies. Build a useful first draft around them, then give it a human once-over.

01

Review replies

Say thank you, acknowledge feedback, and give complaints the personal attention they deserve.

What could a little
help look like?

Restaurant / Catering inquiry

03 / Your kind of business

Full plates.

For owners who know their customers and still need another pair of hands with the repeat questions. We’ll scope the work to your business, not the other way around.

These are manual drafting options. Mainstreet does not currently connect to these platforms, read inboxes, post listings, or send messages. Platform names identify use cases; no affiliation or endorsement is claimed.

04 / Keep it personal

Know the business.
Then find the words.

Pick one useful job.

Start with a channel and a recurring question or review workflow. Agree on what’s included and who reviews.

Put your facts on paper.

Approve your FAQs, tone, contact information, and boundaries. No guesswork about policies or promises.

Try it. Read it. Improve it.

Review drafts together and track corrections and time spent. Keep what helps; change what doesn’t.

05 / Start with a pilot

Useful comes before
all the bells and whistles.

A restaurant’s review replies and an auction seller’s shipping questions are different jobs. Choose a self-service plan for the work you need.

The self-service preview includes a cloud workspace, reply drafts, review-request links and QR cards, a public FAQ and review page, private feedback, and activity reports. Google integration and automated email delivery require provider setup and authorization before activation. Marketplace inbox connections and automatic reply publishing are not active.

06 / Fair questions

Before you ask.

Will this replace the personal touch?

The business still decides what to say. Drafts give you a starting point; you review the facts, adjust the words, and handle sensitive requests yourself.

Does it send replies automatically?

No. The current preview generates drafts on demand. You review and copy them into the original channel. It does not monitor inboxes or publish review replies. Published business pages, review links and private feedback forms remain available while you are away.

Can it look up stock, orders, or bookings?

Not in the current pilot. Those answers need verified data or a separate connection. Without that information, a draft asks a focused question or hands the request to staff.

What happens with complaints or sensitive questions?

Staff should review complaints, safety concerns, allergies, refunds, and other exceptions personally. The pilot flags selected keywords, but these checks are assistive and do not catch every situation.

How much does it cost?

Base is $20 USD/month for one business and 100 draft requests per calendar month. Pro is $50 USD/month for one business and 300 draft requests. Both include FAQs, QR tools, a review showcase, private feedback, client alerts and reports. No setup fee or unlimited usage. Automated services require provider activation. Self-service preview access includes one business and 25 draft requests per calendar month, with no charge. Paid subscriptions are not launched.

Do I need a special app to see this website?

No. This public website and its examples open in a normal browser without signing in. Your own workspace is available through the “Open your workbench” button. It uses ChatGPT sign-in; no app installation is needed.

07 / Let’s start with your business

What keeps landing
in your inbox?

Tell us the kind of business you run and one thing you’re tired of answering. That’s a good place to start.

Keep customer information, passwords, payment details, and private documents out of your inquiry. A general description is enough.

Privacy, plainly.

The signed-in self-service workspace stores your business profile, drafts, showcase reviews and private feedback in an online database tied to your sign-in identity. You can export records, unpublish your public page and delete your workspace. Public FAQs, contact details and approved reviews are visible only after you choose to publish. Feedback forms explain that their scores and comments are shared privately with the business. The preview is limited in volume and should not hold sensitive customer records.

This website does not use an inquiry database or submit your form automatically. The form prepares text in your browser. Downloading or copying an inquiry keeps that action on your device.

If a contact email is available, “Open email draft” opens your email application. The inquiry reaches Mainstreet Support only if you choose to send it. Your email provider then handles the message under its policies.

The examples do not call an AI provider. This page uses no advertising analytics or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Please do not put customer records, credentials, or payment details in your inquiry.
